Hi, due to the limit on how we can customize the forums archives page (no elementor integration, etc.), I cannot change many settings that I want to change.

Is there a way I can redirect the www.website.com/forums/ to a different page or change the identity of such pages, where I can make a different page with the permalink that contains “forums”?

I’m using WordPress 5.6, and I’m using the Masterstudy theme so I cannot recreate it on any of the basic themes unfortunately.

Some… but not all… users are reporting that they are logged into the forum but the site is not showing that they are online

I’ve tried to repro the issue but it’s not occurring for everyone. We recently upgraded the bbpress to the latest and still working through some oddities.

Do I have to stay in version 2.5 for life?

We are currently on version 5.6 and see this same behavior occur. Specifically: Trashed items that end up in the drafts folder

Here’s the explanation:

In trying to deal with the above post (which was a spammer), the ?view=all link in the report failed to show the trashed post, and I was unable to click on the (+1 hidden). Removed the ?view=all from the URL and reloaded the page. I was able to click on (+1 hidden), but no trashed posts appeared.

Clicking on the post quote’s hyperlink did reveal the “missing” post.

By my way of thinking, both links should be able to show you the related trashed/spammed post. If the ?view=all suffix isn’t working, why not, please? It’s part of the platform’s infrastructure…

Ok, Susan. there is a bug!

These items now appear to be landing in the DRAFTS folder. This is not normal behaviour, and bypasses moderation. It needs to be fixed!

I’m using bbpress with memberpress for my membership site. It automatically added a “Forum Profile” tab on the account page. Is there a way to edit and/or remove this tab?

I did not try other themes, but in 20 16 I see some artifacts above and below the forum. Are they necessary? How can I get rid of them? We are on WP 5.6 and bbpress 2.6.6

I have tried to change my forum page to be my site´s homepage using shortcode

. I can make my forum index come up in a box in my homepage, but it is missing all the extra´s in the forum pages (ie. latest posts, latest topics, etc.). Is there a way to really set a forum page to be homepage of my site?

I have the newest versions of WP and bbPress, and I´m running on newest version of Customizr theme.

My homepage is www.maltaasta.fi (a Finnish homebrewing site) and I would like the visitors to get straight to my forum in www.maltaasta.fi/keskustelupalsta

Hi there is no hook that allows me to do this like in buddyPress? For example, buddyPress also has this “bp_core_new_nav_item”.

How can I do this? I really haven’t found a solution. A solution to this.

However, when I create account for BBPRESS, I am not able to login. I am completely lost and does not know how to sort this issue.

Please suggest your solution.
