ParticipantHi !

Any idea ?
Shall I try to install bbPress Sitemap Generator (0.6.1) Author: Rich Boakes & Frédéric Petit ?
Or this one ? :
http://www.finalwebsites.com/bbpress/google-sitemap.php
Is there another sitemap plugin for bbpress 1.0.2 ?
Regards

MemberThi is a unique theme. It has not been released.
It’s not overly hard to replicate from code on this forum.

MemberI’m sorry to say that this is a buddyPress issue.
Buddy press is not bbpress compatible, and it’s forum plugin isn’t this version of bbpress, but they call it that for some unknown reason. It causes so much confusion.
I’m sorry to say, but if you use or have used BuddyPress. There’d nothing we can do to help.

ParticipantOk I got the installer to appear by dropping all bb_ tables in my database.
Now I have a whole new problem. I have run the installer but for some reason in step 3 the location is coming up wrong. It showing: http://www.wvk9sar.org/newsite/plugins/buddypress/……
I changed it to http://www.wvk9sar.org/wall but it still says it installed it in the wrong location.
I have no idea why it is doing this. I deleted all bb_tables again and am ready to attempt the install again but I need to know where it is pulling this non-existent location from.
I don’t know if it matters but the location http://www.wvk9sar.org/newsite was the location I build the site in and then I moved it to the main domain. I did originally install buddypress while it was in the newsite location but I deleted that plugin and all tables before trying to install bbpress.
It would be nice if it were clearer what buddypress includes and does not include as I thought the forum component was part of that plugin.
Please please help!

ParticipantPlease someone give me some advise. When I go to the URL where I uploaded bbpress I do not get any sort of installer. I get a page called Forums.
I did have buddypress installed before but I deactived and deleted it to see if that would get rid of the problem but it did not.
Do I need to do something else before I can install bbpress?
Please someone help me out.

MemberTweaks for the plugin repo?
Also the question remains, What difference does it make to have WordPress integrated?

ParticipantI have this question as well. I’m new to bbPress and so don’t know if this is an obvious thing or not.
In my case I’m the only one who needs to be notified if there are any new posts. I know I can mark a topic as a favorite and then be notified, but I want to be notified about ALL posts, including those with new topics.
Thanks,
Robert

MemberTo the best of my knowledge you cannot deactivate registration in the admin panel. However, there is a plugin available that will make it so you(the keymaster) will have to approve all registrations.
https://bbpress.org/plugins/topic/approve-user-registration/
Or to protect your forum even further there is also a plugin that allows approval of all posts and topics
https://bbpress.org/plugins/topic/approve-user-registration/
Hope this helps,
RedBull
