I just upgraded to bbPress 2.1 with WordPress 3.4.1 and now I cannot connect to the my website I am getting: Server Error (HTTP Error 500)
Please help!
Hey there! Just as the topic says

I’m looking for a plugin for WordPress or bbPress that will allow my forum users to create an image showcase.
I feel like they’re going to use it a good bit, as the site in question is all about collections of glass art.
Is there anything out there that will serve my needs? Does anyone know? I know that vBulletin has an addon that allows users to do this, and I believe phpBB does as well.
At http://codex.bbpress.org/getting-started-with-bbpress/ it says:
Upon activation, bbPress will make additions to three areas of the WordPress Administration Screens:
1. bbPress creates three custom post types and adds them to the navigation menu: Forums, Topics, and Replies. Use these menu items to create and manage your forums.
2. A sub-menu found at Settings > Forum. Customize these settings for greater control over bbPress.
3. A dashboard widget – Right Now in Forums – which shows recent bbPress-related activity. Use the widget to quickly monitor your forums.
I see items 1 and 2. But where might I find item 3? I don’t see it in my dashboard anywhere. I do see a few bbpress-related widgets available though.
Thanks for any pointers here.

I’m using WordPress 3.4.1. and bbPress 2.0.3. I have two small issues. The first one is when someone signs up to the forum, the link in the email is to the admin wordpress control panel and I can’t figure out how to change it. The other one is that when a user puts in the wrong username/password it redirects them to the wordpress admin control panel also, which can cause a lot of issues. I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix these problems? Thank you.
I have a clean WordPress install and the bbPress plugin.. I’ve created a new forum and topic.. But I want this forum to be my whole site.. Like I want my pages to be different pages of the forum.. How do I go about doing this?
Thanks!
Hi,
i plugged in bbpress to wordpress. i created some forums. i ve changed some of the slugs to my language. but i cant find a forum homepage to see all the forums.
for example
http://www.abcdef.com/forumlar/forum/bloglar/ with i can see one forum. but i cant see anything with
http://www.abcdef.com/forumlar/forum/ (says couldnt find it)
http://www.abcdef.com/forumlar/ (says nothing)
so what is the problem or that i am missing to do?
i use wordpress 3.4.1 with “pure line” theme
In wordpress page setting “Include custom root slugs to prefix your forums and topics with. These can be partnered with WordPress pages to allow more flexibility.”
Now how I can do that with topics base Archive mysite.com/topics/ ?
though it is still useful:
