@chrishajer – That’s … weird. I have 1.0.2 on my sites and the rss works fine. And the errors here are very different than Rohan’s.
I’m assuming you have it like this:
/site1/wordpress files
/site2/wordpress files
and not /site1/wordpress/wordpress files
Right?
If so, just put it the site1 folder as a ‘forums’ folder and you should be fine.
What part isn’t working? the click to last read works for me on 1.0.2
RSS feeds work here and on other sites, so I’m going to guess it’s deep integration or …

Have you dumped your cache and flushed your cookies?
It should be possible but I don’t know of any tutorial written to do so. I’d be inclined to say make your regular website with WP and integrate them, but that would be the lazy way 0:)
Make sure you flush all your cookies and then double check that the keys from wp-config are correct in bb-config. Usually that’s a cookie missmatch.
Not for bbPress 0.9. From 1.0 on there can be.

Third, keep the following files and directories.
1. bb-config.php
2. my-plugins/ (if you have it)
3. my-templates/ (if you have it)
4. my-languages/ (if you have it)
I’d also suggest keeping .htaccess if you’ve modified it!

FYI, the upgrade instructions still work, though Sam, you might want to remove ‘These instructions cover upgrading to version 0.9.0.2’ and the mention of config.php (are we really supposed to rename that? I just turn off my plugins, copy the my* folders, htaccess and bb-config over to the new folder, and rename them both)
Please be patient. Waiting about an hour between bumping is a little rude for a forum full of volunteers 
What are you using for the rest of your site? PHP pages, WordPress?
You can stretch out gavatars if you want. Most scale pretty well.
Can that work? Two themes named kakumei? I’d be inclined to rename the my-templates one to ‘piedkakumei’ or something.
My first thought is “That’s cute!” It’s both cute and professional and it looks like a site to be proud of. Yay!

Did you mesh bbPress and WordPress?
It doesn’t look like bbPress has an extensive library of plugins like Word Press.
bbPress JUST went live with the 1.x version. So yeah, there are few plugins. It’s a baby.
Best is subjective. What do you need out of a forum?
I’m going to put in a standard disclaimer here: iframes are dangerous.
Example: If someone manages to put in malicious code in a bbPress post and you edit it via the admin side using this plugin, it is possible you could bugger your WP install. Now it’s a slim possibility, but iframes are bad, evil and annoying and should be avoided if possible.
Great idea for a plugin, use it responsibly, folks.
Do you have permalinks on?
It works here, and it works for me on my site so I’m trying to narrow down the wacky.
Well iframes are, by their very nature, evil I’ve never used that admin plugin, but I also don’t do a whole lot of embedding of Google Maps.
The plugin doesn’t add define('WP_AUTH_COOKIE_VERSION', 1); to your bb-config.php file. It’s very easy to miss that
