Different template design is possible with bbPress standalone (v1.1) solution, NOT sure for bbPress as plugin.
@POS2012 bbPress.org/forums using standalone cms version which is much better and more comprehensive then current bbPress plugin.

I found a solution somewhere to disable functions when you are calling post-form to septate files: LIKE

Yep, You need to integrate your forums with WordPress deeply, where you can set bbPress users table with WordPress users table during bbPress Integration.
After setting up cookies process, allow just registered members to comment on your blog.

So, If WPWebHost physically not here then its your duty as their representative/author to send them tweet or can send them feedback to remove your post because of their disturbing graphical layout, then you can update your post to your own blog, because you’ve different themes for different devices, optimized for their width….
