I want to be able to create topic headers that are not clickable. More like separating different content, similar to this site http://fantasyteamadvice.com/forums/. The green headers is what I want with the forums below in a list format, just like that site.

I was wondering if someone could shed some light on why formatting is not working in posts I can see it when editing but when you post it strips it.

I’ve been testing the BBPress, and when a suscriptor user posts a message, only first time, his message must to be approved by the administrator. When the admin approves the message, automatically, the next follow messages are approved with the previos approval of the admin. The question is, How I set the BBPress for each message must to be approved by the admin?

I am a super novice at WP/BBPress so trying to figure out where this issue arose from is very difficult and tricky. No idea on what baby steps to take to fix, though I’ve tried a few.

ISSUE: When clicking any forum tab/link whether it is the “forum” or “search” or a topic etc. tab, now suddenly sends back to the Homepage, though it worked fine the first couple weeks.

The strangest part is I first noticed it no longer working after clicking the forum tab, which reverts back to homepage instead of forum list page – then as I was trying to figure out why, even clicking a Topic’s Header link put me back to the homepage, though it worked minutes before – then next the “Search” Forum field would revert back to homepage after hitting ENTER to search a forum I typed in, though that worked minutes before that. Strange how it got worse almost one by one, yet not sure I did a whole lot in that time.

I tried the uninstall/reinstall of BBpress even having my host at in motion help me, also deleted and cleared cache files, but the new install does the exact same thing.

Sadly I am no developer, so figuring out an issue that one moment was working then a cascade effect makes the whole plugin ineffective contributes to me posting here.

Hopefully it is just a minor tweak that with your help I can fix, but I would like to understand how this likely happened so I can make sure it does not occur when the site is operational.

I also tried a couple recent plug in deactivates etc. but that didn’t seem to do much either.

I set bbpress up using my mac, all works fine.

When I use my PC to view the site or backend, the forum and topics that I can see when I use my mac are NOT present. So it works with a MAC but not a PC or Android. An ideas why?

I’ve been looking into image uploads. It seems that it is not easy for participants to upload photos etc. I take it that users are supposed to type in the path to the file in the Source field in the WYSIWYG editor – I doubt that users would know how to do that.
I found this topic here in this forum.
Could somebody perhaps advise me if the code that is suggested would be the right way to go or would the plugin be better?

Using 2.5.8 and wp 4.5.1 any new topic og new replies to a topic is just vanishing. If I enter and press ‘Send’ the page is refreshed, but nothing appears ?

Where can I find any error files ?

When members are emailed a link to a topic that requires login, they are shown a 404 page. I understand this is the intended action.

Is it possible to show a login page instead?

Any idea how to activate the comments section on topics?

I did allready activate the comments on the wp admin–> Settings –> Discussion
and on Edit Topic –> Screen Options –> Discussion (checked) and also checked allow comments box.

the comment box does not appear.

I want to use both on my Forum. is there a way to do this?
