I’m trying to make it possible for forum leaders and moderators to have embedded things, or html on their profiles in the forum, I’ve tried searching around, and haven’t found any way to do so.

Any ideas?

Ok please pardon the dumb question as i am new to bbpress. Ok so i have created a site and have created a page called “forum”. I am using the ultimatum theme framework and i am also using beaverbuilder as a page builder. So i made the layout like a wanted it and added the “

” shortcode. The problem is when you click on a forum it goes to the topic list page and the whole template i was using is gone. Is there a quick fix to this? any help would be greatly appreciated! the page in topic was as follows!

The attributes of the topic give me an error only when selecting “destacado” the post get out of the visible area of the page. i made an image to explain my problem better.

Old topic view counts are shown but newer ones not, why?

I just installed bbPress and am having an issue. I’ve created 6 forums. I can post topics in a forum I select. The problem is that when I select any forum, I see every topic from every forum listed.

What I would like is to see ONLY the topics that are in the forum I select. Screen shots attached.

Exhibit A:

This is a view of the forums I created. Notice that there is one topic in ‘The Rules’ and one topic in ‘The Trolls’.

Exhibit B:

Now when I select the ‘Off Topic’ forum, where no topics are posted yet, I see the topics from both the other forums listed.

I don’t want that at all. I only want to see the topics that are listed in the forum I select, not all of them no matter what. That defeats the entire purpose of having different forums to post in to begin with.

I use this plugin & plugin is very good. But I have some problem occurred in this plugin.
In the forum url like “/forums/forum/” is coming, but I do not want both just want remove “forums”.
To do this to try to uncheck “Forum Prefix” from “Settings > Forums” then I get all I want but Forum search is not working.
It redirects to the home page.
How to get Forum search working?

Is there a way to have my moderators be notified when someone post to the forum.

I have a forum with four categories. And a moderator for each category. It would be ideal to have an email automatically sent to the category moderator when a new post gets posted to the forum they are moderating.

Is this possible? If so, how?

I’m trying to change the slug name for “Topics” in settings, but when I make a change it isn’t reflected on the front end. Is there something I need to do to get it to apply? No caching plugins are in use.

For example, I changed the topic slug to discussion-topic, but when I visit a topic page, the URL is still site.com/topic/title/
