Hey guys,
I have been struggeling with this one for a few days now and it is driving me insane. When people come to my site, I’d like to thave that “Anonymous” mouse-over/pop-up whatever you might call it that also exists on this site (upper right). Is there a widget to use that or a simple trick I haven’t come across yet? I tried using Theme My Login but that apparently only styles your login form (well, it did before, now it doesnt do jack). Help will be, as always, greatly appreciated

Hello everyone,
I am currently experiencing a strange glitch on my forums. Basically, when someone signs in and clicks on any forum to create a new topic or reply to a topic, they notice that they are immediately logged out again. I was suspecting that this may be a caching problem since I am using both w3 total cache and cloudflare on my website. However, I am not sure what to do to fix this problem. Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks,
David
Hi,
the content beneath Latest replies is aligned centered. Is it possible to align the text left? What custom-css I can use to achieve this?
I asked the support of the theme I use (Avada), but they tell me to turn you.
I’m using wordpress 4.6, bbPress-version 2.5.10-6063.
The link to my site is: http://psd2.nl/forum/
Thanks very much for your help!
Best regards,
Oeroes
Hi all, I have recently uploaded BBPress forum to [MOD EDIT – site removed in case this is an seo spam] site on my root domain. And I want to allocate role of moderator to another site member. Is there any way to allocate him this role from beginning itself?
Kindly guide me as we are new to this plugin.
Also, kindly guide if we need to create subdomain dedicated for forums especially for security reasons.
Thanks in advance,

Hi. I would like to create a forum using BBpress but I do not wish the forum to be time sensitive (no dates or time shown).
How can I do this?
Thanks

What do I have to do to put the name of the forum above the description? I also want the forum’s image to be nicely centered on the left side.
Help will be greatly appreciated. Looking forward to hearing from you guys.

Right now, a logged in wp user can see forums that he cannot access. I want the list of forums to show only forums that this user is a member of. If I set the forum to “hidden” it doesn’t show up at all. If I set the forum to “Private” it still shows up in the list of forums.
If the user is not logged in, it shows the public forums but says the user must be logged to create a new topic or reply to a topic. This I am fine with, but if the user is logged in, I don’t want them to be aware of forums that they cannot participate in.
How do I configure this?
Hello all,
I have created an inner forum http://www.lustjobs.com/forums/ (a forum to discuss auld industry business aspects).
bbPress seemed to be the right solution to go for (and actually the only one to be honest) as the main website is run on wp.
Could you please share your thoughts/feedback as a person who’s worked with bbPress for a much longer time? Any changes required?
Screenshot of all the plugins I use: http://imgur.com/a/dk5Ju (link to imgur as the image is too long to be inserted here).
Still looking how to implement following features:
* like button (have tried different ones – none seems good enough)
* see total views (I understand that I’m not the only one)
* quote
* adding moderator status to registered users for selected categories only
* first post in different colour (as here)
Thanks in advance for the feedback,
Helmuts
p.s. the more I work with bbpress, the more I love it, and it looks like that my users get along with it good as well.
I have a serious problem. Yesterday I installed bbPress, I tried it and after a few minutes I turned off.
After deactivating the plugin the entire site went offline. The wordpress admin panel works, so I reactivated bbPress and is back online.
The site is completely offline if I try to turn off bbPress, and back online when activate it. Why?
(Sorry for English, I am Italian)
