I just started the site today and do not have it integrated to a word press site yet in anyway. After filling in the login fields with either correct or incorrect info, it simply sends to a completely blank page with nothing on it.

I think the problem is in the
get_option( '_bbp_user_slug', $prefix . 'user' )
etc. I don’t seem to have does in my options table. I’ll take a closer look.
Update:
$this->root_slug = apply_filters( 'bbp_root_slug', get_option( '_bbp_root_slug', 'forums' ) );
is where my problems are, I deleted ‘forums’ and now it’s fine.

How many version have you installed/updated?
it might be that you need to clear the database of bbPress data if you installed an earlier revision.
As an operator of a forum with 4 million posts, you should know that creating multiple topics and bumping them hourly is a bad way to introduce yourself. You’ll have better luck waiting a few days and explaining in detail exactly what you’re question is.

Literally go to your WordPress permalinks page and click save.

Revision 2704 is still causing me trouble regarding the 404/permalink issue. I’ve tried reactivating the plug-in and theme but to no avail.

I still find being sent to a singular reply utterly confusing. I definitely acknowledge the value in this functionality, but in an ordinary forum context I prefer just being sent to the #reply in question plus the whole thread loaded with it, like here.

@justin, That was a spam reply for checking email templates folder. There is nothing like that in bbPress.
You need to check out the code where the mail is sent in the code. If there are filters (most likely the case), then you can use a small plugin to modify that or even make changes to the core file there.
