Does this support iPhone? I don’t see it in the checklist.

Not possible.
WordPress and bbPress are two seperate things even if you could widgetize your bbpress, it would take time to let the wordpress plugins work as widgets in your bbPress.
What version are you integrating into (wp/bp) and are all your keys the same?
For bbpress? Create them. I don’t think there’s already one out there that looks like it.
The minus tells the script to remove the categories from the loop, without it, it tells the loop to focus on only those. It is logical when you think about it.
Perhaps trying ‘exclude=-7,-8’?
Arguments, stuff you want to do with the function. It’s used all over wordpress/bbpress.
Looked it up in a PHPXref and found that ‘exclude=7,8’ should work, try removing the $page and see what happens.

Thanks for the help guys, just installed it on a clean install and followed all the steps in the tutorial mentioned above made it a succes. Setting topic to solved.

My downloaded zip file only contained bb-config-sample.php. I have my folder writeable, so that not the problem either. I haven’t deinstalled buddypress yet, will try integrating bbpress with a clean install later. And to remind you, I’m trying to intergrate it with 3.0, not with 2.9.2.
If anyone else has a solution, please let me know.
I have the exact same problem, luckily the site isn’t online yet, but I really need wordpress 2.6.x and bbpress to work together..
Anyone know when they are planning to bring out a (more) stable version of bbpress 1?
