Confirmed on my local; it’s only when BuddyPress is active, and I know what’s up. @rossagent, go ahead and open a ticket, and I’ll get this fixed up asap.

To confirm:

• BuddyPress must be active
• Activity streams must be active
• User must not be an admin/super admin
