this works:

$topic_id = bbp_get_topic_id();
$forum_id = bbp_get_topic_forum_id( $topic_id );
$forum_name = bbp_get_forum_title($forum_id); 	

if(stripos($forum_name,'baufinanzierungsberater')!==false){

… now there is still the problem with the different title
