Can anyone make that WP plugin a BBP plugin?

Really looking for 3rd party login and registration solutions.
Semi-off-topic: but it was just revealed that 89% of the people that register for ladygaga’s site use a 3rd party logon. True, they have no taste…but it’s a reality of how people move around the web these days.
Gautam, does this plugin still work by any chance?
It has a reference to “ed_toolbar” in the comments which makes me think it might be what they are using on the wordpress forums:
Err…embarrassing I just installed a bunch of other _ck_ plugs that didn’t have any setup in the dashboard and were more plug and play so I assumed that this one was, too. It’s actually quite DEEP.
Thanks for making me look again johhiler
I tried BB Polls just now and it DID work for me but it’s a weak poll solution.
Is there a fix for the polldaddy plugin, possibly?
So what’s the best poll solution right now?
thanks. In reply to: @ links (mentions)
Has a conflict with the video plugin on my forum but other than that it work(ed) fine.
Yeah, Easy Twitter Links is the weakest link…goodbye. Thanks again.
Are there any plans to sort of “clean up” the plugin section?
For a new user, you have to dig way too far to find out if a plugin is compatible with 1.02 and then at that point you’ll have to dig through pages and pages of code and update the code yourself to fix the errors people have found.
I know this is off-topic, but the mess over there has to be addressed.
Same conflict in Kakumei with all other plugins turned off except for askimet.
Ahhh..Thanks for the advice!
Easy Twitter Links is the conflicting plugin! The odd part is, I’ve had them working together before and neither has been updated.
Hmm…I have added more plugins last week but could the addition of a different plugin cause a conflict between two that previously worked fine together?
Thanks! Good list, btw. There were some that I didn’t know about or didn’t know they were compatible with the current version.
Michael R, just wondering why you starred some of those plugins.

That is exactly what i was trying to accomplish. That way I can host forums for different sites on one central install. Is it possible?
I never figured this out. Can anyone point me to where the code is in kakumei? thanks in advance.
Can someone just help me figure out how to type out the format for the location of the wp-config.php in my first problem? thanks.
Hi, 2 problems and I hope you guys can help me out
1. I’m getting this error:
Warning: require_once(/hermes/web10/b811/pow.oktearoom/htdocs/forum/htdocs/blog/wp-config.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /hermes/web10/b811/pow.oktearoom/htdocs/forum/bb-config.php on line 66
Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/hermes/web10/b811/pow.oktearoom/htdocs/forum/htdocs/blog/wp-config.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/lib/php-5.2.2/lib/php’) in /hermes/web10/b811/pow.oktearoom/htdocs/forum/bb-config.php on line 66
I know that i defined the path incorrectly..i want it to say /htdocs/blog/wp-config.php and NOT htdocs/forum/htdocs/blog/wp-config.php
How do i write it without it including the htdocs/forum part. (my blog is on my /blog directory and the forum is in the /forum directory). Sorry, i’m a hug newb but I’d appreciate some guidance.
Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: Cannot send session cache limiter – headers already sent (output started at /hermes/web10/b811/pow.oktearoom/htdocs/blog/wp-blog-header.php:4) in /hermes/web10/b811/pow.oktearoom/htdocs/blog/wp-content/plugins/wp-e-commerce/merchants/paypal_certified.php on line 741
That is showing up at the top of my blog. Any idea on how to tackle that?

How do i edit what the [STICKY] part says? For some reason mine have an extra character in them that i’d like to get rid of. I think the author of the blank theme i used put it in there possibly.
Ok, here’s a thread:
Is that up to date?
I just need some direction here.
I mean calling the wordpress functions and using the wordpress header (and possibly footer).
Having the same issue. will look over Kakumei when i get a chance tomorrow but if you find the code before then please do share
thanks! In reply to: Broken my-templates folder
