3. Is it possible to use WordPress blog’s header on bbPress (Replacing forum header with blog’s header) without integration?
Yes, it is possible. I did it for my own website, and i dont experience any kind of performance problems (yet).
4. Page Views is not appearing in the forum menu. How to fix that?
There’s a plugin for that …
And for the rest i must say. Use the search button more often, there’s a whole world of answers on youre questions, just throwup a searchphrase, and you will be amazed what you could find
I’ve also have installed these plugin, to show a image in a posting, and i must say .. Works perefect!
I use the latest wordpress MU version (trunk), and just the alpha-6 version of bbPress
Ohw, and a recent version (also trunk) from the buddypress website

I have a: “nl_NL” mo file in the folder: “my-languages” in the root of my installation of bbPress, and it just works just fine
I even have managed to insert the ‘buddypress admin-bar” (with some functionality, not all!) in my theme
So, it still has need some any further development ….
I started with the ‘default’ buddypress theme, that comes with the package, as i may think it is more generic and easier to study on how things are done
And thats why i choose the ‘blue’ things ..
But, first thing first .. Just altering and tweaking the buddypress them a lot right now, and the next step whould be the bbpress theme, so it matches
Currently i’am working on a own BuddyPress theme, based on the original theme provided by the BuddyPress developers. And yes, it will include a matching bbPress theme
If one ‘opensource’ project has a lack of communications, then bbPress, may take a look at his self
Integration into a existing wordpress theme, is just what evryone wants .. So, why the developers dont listen to the people who uses this software, beats me!
Its just on of the main raisons i dont install bbPress anymore, no at all integration with the theme stuff

And during the lack of good theme’s available, i’am planning to uninstall bbPress
I’ve translated bbPress in to the Dutch language, no problem at all. I just found a old translation file, and edited a bit. So, evry thing just works just fine
The creators of bbPress, are putting their head in to the sand, the function most people wants (theme integration) isnt still available in bbPress, and that’s a big shame!
