The issue, when it occurs is site-wide. All pages except the home page get affected.

I’m not able to recreate or force the issue to recur. Once I deactivate all plugins and reactivate, the problem resolves and then recurs several hours to a couple of days later.

I’ve got an inquiry into Elegant Themes as well and am awaiting a response.
