I’m trying to make the font size bigger in my forums but everything I’ve tried is not working. I’ve searched the forums here and cannot figure out how to fix it.

When I want to upload and activate a new header picture in my theme, the new header picture isn’t saved, but when I disasable the bbpress-plugin the native header upload/saving works fine.

Somebody else encountered the same issue, I looked and tried everything to solve this problem, but no luck …

hopefully somebody can help me out!

I want to do this with buddypress and bbpress:

When I click on a group and later in the forum group I would like to see directly the posts, like if the group’s forum would be a only one topic. The group’s forum only has one topic, when I enter the forum I see directly the messages.

Is this possible?

How do I replace the permalink “/bbforum” with my own custom permalink?

I had an interesting thing happen today. I looked at my user account today and noticed that my forum role was Blocked. I tried changing the role back to Keymaster, but it wouldn’t stick.

The only way I could change the role, is to log in as another admin and change the role.

Any advice on how to find how my role got changed in the first place, and why I couldn’t change it myself?

Another interesting piece of information, I blocked another user earlier this morning, this is my best guess on when my account flipped to Blocked also.

I just installed WP SEO and what has happened is that when it’s activated and I click on Blog on my site’s menu, a page comes up with the message: “No Results Found
The page you requested could not be found. Try refining your search, or use the navigation above to locate the post.”

If I then deactivate the plugin, everything works as expected, that is, the page comes up and the image and excerpt are there.

I’m using WP 4.1.1, bbPress 2.5.6, and WP SEO 2.0.1. The site is at http://emotionalconnections4you.com Currently SEO is turned off so that the blog page comes up correctly.

Has anyone run into this before? If so, is there a fix you can recommend?

Hi All,

On the bbpress forum, is it possible for users to set up an email alert to be notified when any new post is made anywhere on the forum? I know that there is an Subscribe option for every Topic but I am asking for complete forum.

It seems the forum posts are appearing on a different post page than the single.php provided for in my theme file, yet I cannot figure out where they are posting in order to modify the applicable pages. The main “forum” page has a title of “Archive” but I can’t figure out where this came from either – it’s neither a page nor a post that I created or is in my files. Somebody please help or provide some direction in order for me to have a little more control over this forum formatting. Thanks in advance.

There is some conflict with the jetpack plugin.

Because when this plugin is disabled, the menus are showing up but when I enable the jetpack plugin, the menus are gone.

The board is working when the jetpack plugin is enabled.
