Is it possible to migrate from IPB 4 to bbpress? From the importer i see only the option IPB 3 and doesn´t work as the IPB 4 database is different.

I saw also one thread https://codex.bbpress.org/getting-started/importing-data/import-forums/invision/ but not for the IPB 4x version. Can somebody help me please?

One of my forum has now twice experienced being logged in as a different user. She then has to log out and back in as herself. This specific user does not have any admin right or special setup.

Have you heard about this happening before?

I started using bbPress recently and I made a few forum Categories and forums/Subforums but for some reason anytime I make a new forum. It adds a a horizontal line at the bottom of the Forum Archives Page. Right now I have 3 forums and there are 3 horizontal Lines. I have done the following troubleshooting and it has not fixed the issue.

I removed bbp style pack which is the only forum plugin I have installed.
I tried creating new forums/sub forums and using no descriptions.

I am using Astra 1.4.1 Theme
I have not tried changing themes. I have had this theme the entire time.
Here is the forum I set up. I looked at the Browser Dev Tools but I am not sure why its creating new Div sections.

Please let me know what other information I can provide. I am not sure if this is a bbpress issue or an issue with the Astra Theme.

I just went through an issue on my Buddypress site where I had to troubleshoot by doing such things as rewinding the site, deactivating/reactivating plugins and such…

What has happened is that now in my bbpress forums, the autosuggest Userlist For mentions has disappeared, so as now you have to type in the whole thing manually…which is sometimes difficult as many of my members have usernames that are different from their display names.

Is there a plugin or setting to repair this that anyone knows of?

The /forums main landing page appears to just be a long string of text. If I direct link to an actual forum, it works fine, but this root page seems a bit broken. What am I doing wrong?

Right now a lot is restricted, but you can still see the plain text string where links should be.

Does anyone have experience importing forums from jforum? I’m struggling with how to get the topic/post content which requires 3 tables from jforum. Most of my attempts result in being told that the “from_tablename” and “from_fieldname” result in an “unknown column in ‘field list'”.

Hi, I would like to see the date instead of freshness when I edit a message. How can I do this? Thank you all. (I already use bb last post but it works only when I send a message, not when I edit it).

Hello Team,
All replies to my forum topic are going into spam if they are other than admin(Me) and I have to manually go and click on Not Spam. I am also not getting any notification for the same.
