Wondering if someone could take a little look at this:
http://soviettruck.com/forums/
Why are the names of the forums all listed in red?
Which template should I dig around in? I’m not familar with PHP. The other pages seem to work ok.

My forum has randomly dissapeared and is 404’ing.
It worked fine, created categories, forums and threads etc… and it functioned just fine. And then now, without making any changes, it randomly 404’s and doesnt exist on my site anymore, even though it is there in the WP back end. It simply cant find it.
Even when I click on each individual forum/section in the back end, and click the “VIEW” button to visit that forum, it takes me to the link but its a 404 page and cant find it.
How is it all still there in the back end? But no where to be found, and so randomly? It literally worked great, then woke up the next day and I have problems.
Any help?
Cheers,
Will

Hi, I just finished installing bbPress and also enhanced with bbPress Moderation. But when trying to add a forum, topic or reply me –myself– as administrator also including in moderation. Do anyone have solution?
Thanks in advance.
Hi, I pimp my bbPress forum on my directory themes site at http://howtotheme.info/
How-to Theme brings together all the premium themes directory listing services you’ll ever need in one convenient site. We are the premier themes directory, specially in how-to themes directory.
Basically its just a clients support forum and located at http://howtotheme.info/forums with just basic bbPress installation and some css customization to serve support for my clients.
Great forum software and thanks bbPress.
I have read through the following topics below and tried the mentioned plugins on bbpress 1.1 and none of them seem to work. It stops external links working all together.
https://bbpress.org/forums/topic/open-links-in-new-window
https://bbpress.org/forums/topic/target-_blank
I would like to have external links open in a new window. I have filled my domain in like in _ck_ post-20612
Is there some reason why it would not be working on a later version?
Does anyone know if there is a plugin that allows me to select users to be moderators for specific forums?
regards,
Peter
I realize this is a total noob question, and yet I’m not sure what the answer is.
Basically, I’d like to have a wordpress page, “Forum,” link directly to the bbpress forum.
Apparently, just setting up a page called “forum” doesn’t cut it.
What is the proper protocol?
The forum is set up here:

Thanks.
Hello everyone,
My problem is this: http://christophermartone.co.cc/forums/ I might have done something wrong, but I can’t get the forums URLs to be right.
If you go to the URL above, it goes to a forms page but it is all screwed up and doesn’t work properly. To actually get to a nice looking page I have to go to http://christophermartone.co.cc/forum/general/ which is a bad URL. I want to go to /forums and see a list of my forums.
I have installed BB press a couple times now hoping to reset the configuration incase it was something I did, but I find that it doesn’t completely uninstall when I delete it from the plugins page.
I would like to try a fresh install but I don’t see exactly all the tables I’ll have to remove from the database. Or maybe someone can suggest a better option?
Thank you for viewing my post. I appreciate any responses or trobleshooting you can offer.
I have just installed the BBpress plugin for the latest version of WordPress. I cannot see the reply or post new topic functions. I searched the docs on here and it says I need to do a ‘user role map’ but I cannot find this. I have looked through WP Settings > Forums and this is the BBpress settings but there is nothing for user role map. I cannot see where it would be else where.
Any help is great, thanks!
Matt
I just converted from IPB to bbpress, and moved all my posts over.
Now the problem is, all posts now contains html codes, instead of showing images, making line breaks etc.
This is obviously a user permission problem, because when I post the same codes with the admin account, it shows right.
Is there any way that I can allow users unrestricted html code, just like admin has?
