Hi,
I downloaded as suggested, added to plugins dir, activated, created a forum in the wp-admin area, then added that forum to the menu. Sadly, when I click the link all I see if the title of the forum and nothing else?
Anyone help me configure the pages/forum so i can see topics – either admin added or a create button?
In Settings -> Forums, I’ve set it to be public all the way.

If you click on “Forums” in “Home > Forums > Antimatter Discussion” (not at the top), it just takes me back to the same page. Any ideas on what I’ve done wrong?

Whenever I try and access any user profile on my forum i get my 404. I’m really not sure why.

Does anyone know what php pages edit the content of the embeded bbpress page?

I would like to edit out aspects of the page and move acpects of it to the bottom.
ie. Move “This forum contains” box to the bottom maybe removing altogether
Also editing the create a topic box…. maybe there is good plugin im not sure ive been buried in the coding of this and havent found anything.
I have an intergrated version of buddypress on my wordpress site using the default theme at http://www.soundhampton.com . I’ve been editing it for weeks but for some reason in Safari and Chrome the CSS shifts the content and the user name to the right about 80px or there is no CSS being read whatsoever. Does anyone have any clue whats going on here? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I think it maybe an HTML5 issue but definitely a CSS issue

I would like to moderate all forum posts before they are published..
We all know the amount of spam out there and how this can impact the image of a forum. People can get offended, they can click on bad quality links, search engines could penalize your site cause of the presence of bad outgoing links etc. etc. The simple solution would be to have an option to moderate posts before they are published.
But surprisingly enough, it is not there and there seems to be no way to activate such a feature except if you are some coding genius. No pugins (that work with the latest version) or any simple workaround or am I missing something?
Is there any way this can be achieved or is this an impossibility for someone whoz not too good with coding?
Just installed bbpress 2.0.2 in WordPress 3.3.1. I am going to want the user databases to be shared. Have read forums for hours on this issue but most deal with much older versions. I am new at WordPress so this may be simple and I am just missing it.
An article I found on this forum indicates the following:
In the “WordPress Integration” section of the “Settings” area in your bbPress admin you will find a “User Role Map”. I do not see a WordPress Integration section in the Settings area of bbpress. It only has a few main settings and slug stuff.
Please advise?
I have noticed when I log out and then log back in, it redirects me to the home page of my site. Is there a way to easily have that changed to redirect users to the forum page?
I’m really sorry for asking something that has probably been answered already. I tried the search feature again and read for a while but wasn’t finding a specific answer.
Is it possible to have a new user register for my site for commenting and also be registered into the forum? I’m hoping I’m using the right term by saying ‘site wide user’. Any help with this is appreciated. Thanks
