We’re a small non-profit association, and we’re going to host a forum for our members on our website. Since the forum is for members only, we’ve made it private. The question now is – how do they log in? If they visit the page, they are shown a kind of unhelpful message about having to log in, without any information on how to actually do so. It would be good to instead of the error message actually have a login form.

I wonder if anyone can assist me with this problem. I have seen a few posts on the topic suggesting PHP issue like old version. My hosting provider is using 5.3.3, but wordpress says this is fine. Anyway, the issue is I am using the standard RSS feed and getting this message “no items”. When I run via my localhost with the same feed it works just fine? Any ideas? Website is www.just-templates.com – RSS feed is in widget on RHS below slider.Cheers in advance for any support.

Now, I need instruction to create the link to my site wide forums page in my custom menu or main navigation.

I’ve added bbpress forums to my WordPress account without any problems, but I want to use a different image header for the forums than for the rest of the site. In which file does bbpress pull the header from my site, and is it simply possible just to plug in a different image into the code instead of it finding my regular header?

First i wanna say hello I’m new here and really new to using BBPress

My problem is i have installed the forum, and it’s working like a charm .. BUT i wanna add BBcode buttons to my forum so i can make a reply and making some text FAT and som text Cursive and adding a picture and all that bbCode’s normal do ..

Is there a way for that ? and how do i do it?

Having trouble making my forums work.

First of all, using theme “delicate”

problem is i cant see the normal templates i would with a normal wordpress theme when creating a new page

Am I out of luck? Or is there a fix? My searches seem to be mixing with bbpress themes(?)

I’ve just installed BBpress as a plugin in WP. From the Admin interface I can see the Forums button but when I press on it all I get is the option to create a new forum. What I really want to do is change and existing one to a category type so that the users don’t create topics at this level but do it a lower level. I watched the Youtube video and it seems that I don’t have the same version and at some point it looked like you could see a list of forums and edit the forum. Any help would be appreciated

I need someone who has created themes integrated with a WP site theme before – basically I want a cleaner theme than the default bbPress style, and that is integrated properly with my WP theme.
