forum title header (screenshot) doesn’t match the one in breadcrumbs. Is there a way to make the forum title match the “actual” one in displayed in the breadcrumbs?

Somehow instead of my url for forum as “forum” it nows appears in someof my nnpress or buddy press related slugs as “forum_trashed” including for popular topoics, favorites, settings and messages, had the slug “forum” it now has “forum_trashed”. How do I fix that? (someone touched the site and deleted some pages but I rebuilt them now, Not sure if that was the cause)

I have about 89000 posts in forum phpBB
I want import to bbPress but the script run and run and run without ever endling.
I have params the timeout of php script to 3600sec and check the connexion to database.
All is correct.

I haven’t error message.
How I can see the problem

Ps : I have test CMS2CMS and the demo work fine but the price is little expensive for me.
I don’t understand why the native doesn’t work.

I have a WordPress website with Restricted content pro (membership plugin), bbpress and buddy press. When a a logged OUT/nonmember user clicks on a CATEGORY link they are directed to a locked content message. When a a logged OUT/nonmember user clicks on a FORUM link, they are directed to a funny login (not restricted content pro) and then when they click the “log in” button, (whether or not the username and password fields are filled in) in they are redirected to the regular RCP login. That is an extra step. This is true even when buddy press is deactivated. How do I get rid of the middle step?

I am in the process of migrating a site from ning to WordPress/BBPress, including all of the past forum discussions (important to my users). There is no working migration tool, so the only way I can see to accomplish this is to manually copy all of the discussion to the BBPress forums. Is there a way that I can change the dates of the posts to reflect the original dates of posting instead of the dates that I manually copy them?

I want hide the firstname and lastname of the user in each topics of my forum bbPress.
It’s possible to replace by other field? Like custom field for example or username.

An error message with the wording ‘Spam email blocklist’ appears after someone posts a remark to a forum topic. The remark is added when the page is refreshed.

I’ve done tests:
– Successfully add comments to a standard post
– Allows standard Twenty to be used. theme: the issue is still present
Wp & BBpress versions:
– Akismet isn’t working right now.
– There is no active spam filter.

Hi All –

We’re running into an issue with users where we actually lose all forum data in our pushing from staging to production, which is part of our regular workflow.

I’m wondering if others have encountered this, and what solution has worked best in the past? It’s been a pain point for our forum users, and we’re currently duplicating work between production and staging to keep the site up to date which is a bit laborious.

I have 15 items and it displays all in page 1 but there is still page 2 and of course the page 2 is empty. How can I remove/hide excess page in pagination?
