Hi…Hopefully someone can help me figure this out…i am fairly new, so please bare with me. 🙂
I have researched this heavily & come across a few topics – yet there has been mixed opinions on a solution….I am trying to figure out how to create different Forum Sections to my site…a perfect example of this is: http://loreschool.com/forums/ and http://teamoverpowered.com/forums/
By default, it seems BBPress only allows you to create (1) forum index…but, how can I create another section to split up the forum into categories – such as in those examples above?
I noticed a Ticket for this feature was created 15 months ago…but unfortunately it keeps getting bumped & not included into BBPress….this is such a common & familiar feature in popular forums, I am surpised it is not already part of BBPress..
Any help & response would be greatly appreciated…Thank you!
Hey Guys,
Currently my forum root just shows the forum titles. I’d like to show the topics under each forum title for easier navigation.

Please advise on how to accomplish this.
Thank you!

I deleted and reinstalled the two extensions, but i have the same bug.
some one know what can i do ?
Something’s messed up with my bbPress forum. If I post a topic in one of my forums, it shows up in all of my forums.
Here’s the website: http://www.nectargaming.com/forums/
I’m using version 2.5.1.
In my site bbpress forums reply box is showing blank space instead of space to write content. I have also tried installing TinyMCE plugin but that also it giving same result only difference being now 2 tabs visual/text on top. Any solution for this?
Example forum is http://goo.gl/wqHosz
I am using MesoColumn theme.
I have also enabled guest users reply for you guys to see the problem.
Whenever adding a post, the Text Area just below the Topic Title input section is not visible unless you click inside the input area. Is there a way to make this boundary line around this Text Area always visible? Even better, is there a way to add a title to this Text Area similar to the title for the Topic Title input section?
How do I add a widget area above the topics?
I have it one the WP side standard with theme “Frontier”, but it does not show on the topic pages.
Can anyone help me to solve this problem out. In the same topic, some replies have problem with the display.

Ater installation yesterday no problem. I could see ‘forums’ in the left balk of WP (dashboardbalk). Today no longer.
I removed BBPres and installed again. Without any luck. It is stil not visible on the left site of WordPress.
Any idea?
Many thanks,
Peter
Hey, I’m no expert in using bbpress and buddypress and so I’m facing some problems with integrating bbpress to my buddypress.
I already have a css for my buddypress group forums. Now my Question:
Is it possible to use this stylesheet for my bbpress forum? or are there other solutions?
I want my group forums to be displayed on ONE site but still separated. So each group should have its own “directory”.
Any Ideas?
