I want to disable pagination on certain pages, eg. homepage, but still want pagination in the forum root just like how bbpress.org does it. Where should my search begin?

Recent reply notifications not going to correct page
Published on March 3rd, 2014 by franzvzHello,
Recent reply notifications, #post-40593 for example doesn’t show up correctly if there are more pages in the topic.
All it does is mark it as read, but goes to the topic URL.
Is this related to BuddyPress?

Fatal error
Published on March 3rd, 2014 by travelersuniverseHi! I’ve just installed bbPress (so it should be the last version) and I have the last version of WordPress too. After installing bbPress I keep getting this error in like 90% of the times I refresh my page: Fatal error: Cannot call overloaded function for non-object in /home/xxxxxxxxx/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp.php on line 529
My website is http://www.travelersuniverse.com/
This error does not occur when bbPress is not installed.
Many thanks!
theme shortcode not working in forum
Published on March 3rd, 2014 by aerotranHi, I’m using a wordpress theme, Brooklyn, that includes a contact section on all the pages including the bbpress forum I added. The contact section I designed uses shortcode the theme came with, but on the bbpress forum page the shortcode does not work. Instead the text of the shortcode is written out. I tried changing this to html instead of shortcode in the theme, but then it stack the icons into one column.
Does anyone have suggestions on how bbpress can recognize the shortcode for the theme.
Thank you,
Matt
Subscribe Checkbox isn't working
Published on March 3rd, 2014 by Ricardo BuenoI’m setting up/testing bbPress on this URL:
http://www.contentsmartslab.com/membersite/forums/forum/content-smarts/
I can’t seem to check the box that says “notify me of follow-up replies via email.” I have the subscribe option properly setup on the back-end. I’m wondering if I messed up the input CSS somewhere here, or something else. Any thoughts?
bbp-topic-index pagination URL fail if used on homepage
Published on March 3rd, 2014 by kokocipherin an attempt to replicate bbpress.org’s recent 5 topics on its homepage, I used the shortcode, bbp-topic-index. One critical problem is that the pagination links fail miserably. So instead of http://domain.com/forums/page/2/ , it’s http://domain.com/topics/page/2/ which result in “page not found.”
Can someone please enlighten me on how to replicate bbpress.org’s recent 5 topics?
How to install bbPress on localhost with WAMP?

However, when I install the plugin, it installs fine, but the forum pages give a 404…
How do I go about doing this?
bbPress development stalled?
Published on March 2nd, 2014 by AsynapticWould appreciate feedback since it seems development has stalled. bbPress 2.6 is 5 weeks overdue according to trac:
https://bbpress.trac.wordpress.org/milestone/2.6
There are only 40 tickets outstanding which is inline with previous releases so I don’t think the number of outstanding tickets is the cause (being so large in number that it would cause the delay).
And it has been more than 3 months since the last major release (2.5). The previous one before that (2.4) was released in a 3 month interval.
bbPRess 2.6 ??????????????????
bbPRess 2.5 November 25th 2013 (3 months)
bbPress 2.4 September 2nd 2013 (5 months)
bbPress 2.3 April 14th 2013 (5 months)
I’m not really quibbling over 3 months or 5 months or 5 weeks overdue, more than any of these it is the lack of activity and movement in clearing out tickets on trac that moves me to post this.
