Need a little more info. How about a URL? What type of hosting are you using (Windows or Linux)? Is it on the WWW or on localhost? Did you modify any files? Are you using .htaccess with rewrite rules for pretty permalinks?

My suggestion would be to share some more info so people might be able to help you.
