checked the database and it seems the following line went from

bb_capabilities a:2:{s:13:”keymaster”;b:1;s:8:”throttle”;b:1;}

to

bb_capabilities a:2:{s:9:”keymaster”;b:1;s:8:”throttle”;b:1;}

The first one being when it was not working
