You said you have a copy of the theme you need $20 for that. Which sounded a bit sneaky to me as you gave me impression from the forum that you are happy to share. But on the email you asked money.
What would you do if you were in my position? I am not looking for everything free. I am happy to contribute as I have done so far. I tend to donate when I use the WP plugins (If I see it deserves donation) so do not put me on that free grabbers basket.
Now please tell me how much do you want for only the theme? I will do the customisation and other stuff if I require. I just need the theme folder.
