Anywho, it’s probably a styling error/problem, you should check the html source if the button is even still showing up.
Any examples as to where? It’s most likely a problem of it being hardcoded somewhere or the polish file not being 100% completely translated.
Probably something wrong with your custom theme, would be smarter asking the guy who made the theme for support. Since it could be multiple things causing this.

As far as I know bbpress is already build on wordpress’s custom post types, you would be better off trying something like this with post meta.
Doubt anything like that has been made for bbpress though.

If your a programmer, you should read up on the codex, if not I do not recommend to do this yourself. I would recommend rehiring the designer/programmer (if he has the necessary knowledge).

Try enabling permalinks for starters and after surf to website.com/forums/. This is an automatically created page which will display your forum, I have no idea how you can go there without enabling permalinks.

Deep intergrate and then just load header.php into your header file of your bbpress theme.
Dreamweaver, Filezilla and sometimes conTEXT when I need a lightweight editor.
For design I only use Photoshop, don’t need the rest, unless it has to be a vector, then I take Illustrator out of the closet.
Haven’t seen Dreamweaver mentioned by anyone else in this topic, why is that?

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but from all the free themes I’ve seen for bbPress this is probably the best one yet.
Two topics should be able to have the same name since the content can differ, but the subject is the same.
It was made for bbpress 0.9 not for 1.0.x, a lot has changed since then.
Perhaps you could try solving this with the help of _ck_.
You shouldn’t complain if it’s free.
If you want it to send instantly or with 5 minute delay, take a paid webhost.
