In reply to: How can I create a sub category?
You can assign the forum as sub-forums from each other, creating the wanted hierarchy.
In reply to: Submit button gone in child themeGetting a page not found error when visiting the website.
Anywho, it’s probably a styling error/problem, you should check the html source if the button is even still showing up.
In reply to: Translation problemAny examples as to where? It’s most likely a problem of it being hardcoded somewhere or the polish file not being 100% completely translated.
In reply to: Search boxes not workingProbably something wrong with your custom theme, would be smarter asking the guy who made the theme for support. Since it could be multiple things causing this.
In reply to: Translation not working for search boxIs verder alles wel vertaald op je forum? Ik heb namelijk net gekeken in de source files en deze horen wel vertaalbaar te zijn vanuit de po/mo.
Of heb je je (custom) thema al aangepast voor bbpress?
In reply to: BBPress Custom Post Types? As far as I know bbpress is already build on wordpress’s custom post types, you would be better off trying something like this with post meta.
Doubt anything like that has been made for bbpress though.
In reply to: Moving site to WordPressbbpress != wordpress
If your a programmer, you should read up on the codex, if not I do not recommend to do this yourself. I would recommend rehiring the designer/programmer (if he has the necessary knowledge).
In reply to: Can't modify the default sidebar“Buddypress” as you said, is a different project. So you should ask help about it on the right forums. https://buddypress.org/support/
Also, isn’t mingle the same as buddypress?
In reply to: Bulk Capitalize Display Names? This has almost nothing to do with bbPress, as it uses the info from wordpress.

I believe this is just a standard bbPress install with tweaks for the plugin repo and the rest of the pages.
I don’t know if WordPress is intergrated.

In reply to: Any fix for bbcode_lite?Never mind, solved it.
Had a conflict with one of my own plugins.
Thanks though!
In reply to: WordPress Header on bbpressDeep intergrate and then just load header.php into your header file of your bbpress theme.
In reply to: Preferred development tools?Dreamweaver, Filezilla and sometimes conTEXT when I need a lightweight editor.
For design I only use Photoshop, don’t need the rest, unless it has to be a vector, then I take Illustrator out of the closet.
Haven’t seen Dreamweaver mentioned by anyone else in this topic, why is that?
In reply to: New bbPress Theme: TerraFirma TwoNice going, good to see bbPress themes are being created again.
@ seoswamy
Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but from all the free themes I’ve seen for bbPress this is probably the best one yet.
In reply to: Feeding topics from external sourceTwo topics should be able to have the same name since the content can differ, but the subject is the same.
It was made for bbpress 0.9 not for 1.0.x, a lot has changed since then.
Perhaps you could try solving this with the help of _ck_.
You shouldn’t complain if it’s free.
If you want it to send instantly or with 5 minute delay, take a paid webhost.
In reply to: the rise of pay-only bbPress themes@ Ryan & Zaerl
This is more about morals then rights. It’s not fair that someone else earns on your hard work.
In reply to: WordPress 3.0 beta with bbpress 1.0.2 integrationAlready got it working, did something wrong while installing bbpress back then.
