This is what i have for my wp login. I want my users to login/register from the wp side. So i have this snippet of code i gathered from various forum posts as well as some of it was in my current theme.

It says Welcome guest when you arent logged in or registered and it gives the link to register. If your signed in or sign in it says Welcome username and shows the forum avatar you have set. Based on your user level it shows you different links for each thing you can do. Like make a post in WP or your profile and favorites in the forum.

I have a redirect page setup that when you login from this form it just directs you back to the index page instead of going automatically to the dashboard as this confuses most people and the links are on there if your signed in to show you what you can do.

** I didnt write this i just gathered it up from various sources on the internet in different forum posts and edited it to suit my needs. Part of it was already wrote into the theme i bought for my wp. **

    pastebin url to it: http://pastebin.ca/651318

The redirect part is a file i named redirect.php and placed in my wp main directory with a redirect link to the main page. You can see that bit here :

If you have your bbpress intergrated well with wp you should be able to use the same form on your forum. That is what i use.

Looks pretty good in FF. You could push the google ad down a bit. It looks to cluttered there squashed upside your views and tags section.

Well i have a moderator set for one forum called general. I have another forum called announcements and news and she can delete stuff out of that section. I just downloaded this mod so im assuming this is the newest version. Do the moderators have full forum mod rights?

How do i set this to where everyone can read the section but the admin is the only one who can mess with it? I dont want the moderators to have access to moderate it.

Thank you so10! That website was very helpful. I now have a css switcher instead of just a theme switcher.

Well i knew about the wordpress theme switcher. What i was really wondering was if someone had already made one for bbpress or was currently making one i guess. Or if there was another way to do what i wanted without having to use a theme switcher.

Thank you for the link though. Ill look at it.

I applied that fix to my Wp and bbpress from your intergration method so1o and it works great! I put a member cp in my sidebar section for bbpress with the latest comments from wp expecting to cringe from the errors and i never got one. Plus i also have some tags in my footer calling from my wp and that works as well. Im loving this!

The only part i didnt apply on your tutorial was the template intergration where you said to pull the header and footer in. Since the themes i use are the same as my wp themes i didnt see the point in doing that. Glad to say it worked even without using that method though. Keep up the excellent work!

May i make a suggestion. Is there anyway that the themes can have a permanet place once submitted to be downloaded from? I hate following link after link only to find the link dead. The plugins and themes needs to have a permanet repository/database to be downloaded from. It would make things easier.

This is a very good idea! I would like this. I dont really like wp’s dashboard profile page. This would make wp and bbpress more intergrated!

I dont need to download phpmyadmin. I already have it with my hosting. Thats what i used to make the table to bein with. Since i cant get this to work without a bunch of errors ive disabled it until a better solution is figured out.

Im having the same issue with this plugin. I switched all my tags to $bbdb->get_results and it stoped the errors. But i never got this plugin to work i just got the errors gone. It never created the table. I manually created the table but i dont know how to populate it with the neccessary information needed. Also since it never created the table im assuming thats why i never saw a admin link to it in my admin control panel. Does anyone know how to manually populate a table? Or can you make a .sql file that manually creates and fill this table for me?

    Thank you.
