These are how the 3 lines look before any customization (I took the comments out):

$bb->wp_table_prefix = '';

$bb->wp_home = '';

$bb->wp_siteurl = '';

Yours might look like:

$bb->wp_table_prefix = 'wp_';

$bb->wp_home = 'http://jackhammr.org';

$bb->wp_siteurl = 'http://jackhammr.org';
