I changed

define( 'BBPATH', dirname(__FILE__) . '/' );

with this:

define( 'BBPATH', str_replace('\', '/', realpath(dirname(__FILE__))) . '/' );

in bb-load.php, and now it works on localhost with windows xp sp2.
