Thank you Stephen.

On my local computer where everything worked fine, I’m trying to update WordPress in Russian, but got the following:

Обновить WordPress

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in C:\xampp\htdocs\forum\wp-includes\Requests\Transport\cURL.php on line 463

As you can see there is fatal error. What’s going on and how to fix it?
