And i have tried to edit the font size at /plugins/bbpress/templates/default/css/bbpress.css

but i dont see the font changes at all.

I am trying very hard to edit:

1) reply font size
2) Author name’s font size
3) Avatar size
4) alternate post background colour

Hi Guys,

I got the problem, that new posts/threads are shown to every member, even when they got no rights to access them. Is there a fix or workaround available?

I used the default “New posts” widget and the one from GD without success.

Is there any possibility to limit quantity of forums per page?
I have about 40 forums with type “forum” inside forum with type “category”. It looks like long list and seems quite uncomfortable.

Please tell how can I make bbPress show 2 column template on forums main page and wide 1 column template on topics and replies pages?

My theme is Jarida. In settings I can choose between wide and 2-column template for bbPress. But this settings is applied everywhere. I need different templates for main forums page and topics, replies pages.

What should I do? What file to replace, edit?

I installed “theme my login” plugin, and setup e-mail will be sent to a new user upon registration.

however when i successfully registered to my forum, i received an email with the login information but it says “incorrect password” here’s the exact login info i received: http://screencast.com/t/D4Tyz6He

i also tried to “reset” the password but it says Your password reset link appears to be invalid.

what is the problem? can you please help me fix this?

Hi,

When a new user or admin tries to access the forum, it seems to work fine.

When an older user (role: participant) tries to access the forum, they get a 404 error (same URL).

Happens in base themes as well as my theme.

Have tried the utilities to repair everything. Nothing seems to help.

Very frustrated and at a stand still. Any and all help is appreciated.

When replying to forum replies (nested/threaded replies) everything works as it should in Internet Explorer, but in Chrome, instead of creating a nested reply, the user is taken to the general topic-reply form. The users think it will be a nested reply, and are of course frustrated when it ends up at the bottom of the list.

In IE, no console errors are generated. Here is the error generated in Chrome when the REPLY button is clicked:

Uncaught TypeError: Failed to execute ‘insertBefore’ on ‘Node’: 2 arguments required, but only 1 present.
