I would like to enable my users more power with their replies – i.e. if they wish to delete one they have posted. Where do I need to change the code?

MY website is lovequotes and funny memes, so i want to hide author name , because many people daily posting many quotes so that is why i want to hide that

I made private forums using “bbp private groups” and added “GD bbPress Attachments” plugin to upload files.

Then, everyone one can access the media file despite the closed forums.
Is it possible to make media URL private?

I’ve been running your plug in on my site since 2013 and I need to add a feature that will enable me to expand my business.

Currently I have two main groups – Instructors and Members.

I want the instructors to be able to contact members offering them a free lesson on our live training portal. The instructor can set up a video chat session that they can develop into paying customers.

The four plugins I need to communicate are:

Wish List Member – Instructors Need to be notified about MEMBERS
Wish List Social – I don’t know what this does actually.
When they’re registered and what courses they registered for
Buddy Press – The two need to communicate through the buddy press platform.
WP-Courseware – the Instructors should know the members activity.

To be honest, I don’t know where to get started – so I reached out to all three of you to see what can be done.

I would like the members of individual forums to view the list of the other users and their email address. Do I need a plugin to do this or just the correct settings? Thanks.

Tearing my hair out here trying to change the content container to transparent. I’ve tried changing the bbpress.css file, putting custom css in the bbl style pack, but nothing seems to work.
Really appreciate some help here as I don’t what else I can do.

Hello,
we are migrating our site which includes a bbPress forum. The migration process is pretty long. So we’d rather not close the forum for a long time.

We’ll start the migration import the whole database. The rest of the process will take several days. This means that in the meantime new discussions will be added to the forum.

We thought we could add those new discussions using the XML importer. But in our tests it didn’t work. The discussions don’t show up in the frontend. And when we try to fix them with the bbPress tools, they disappear.

Is there a way to do it?

we have some forums on our page and all but one forum are only show for login user. One forum can see for all vistors of our homepage.
Is it possible to hide the author name in this public forum for not logged in users?

If a scheduled topic is set to be sticky (or super sticky), it will appear at the top of the forum’s topic list even though it hasn’t even been published yet! This appears to be a bug.
