I’d like to have the same standard editor as wordpress offers for writing articles.
Further I would like to use the pluging Video Quicktags for bbpress as well.
How can I install this for bbpress?

How can I install this for bbpress?
I posted this on the bbratings plugin page about a month ago and people before me also posted about this issue, but I don’t think it has ever been resolved. I know people need to just update their browser if they use ie6 still, but, for those people that just refuse to update from ie6 for some strange reason… does anyone have any suggestions for the following:
The bbratings plugin works great. However, in ie6, it works but, the stars don’t color in. In all other browsers when you rate a post the stars turn yellow. In ie6, you just get the star’s outline.
Any thoughts?
“There doesn’t seem to be a bb-config.php file. This usually means that you want to install bbPress.”
So
Step 1
“Database name”
can’t figure what it is
I have Linux Hosting with easily.co.uk
the online advice says
“The only things the user has to change are the dbname(ftp username),
UID(ftp username) and PWD(ftp password).
“
which seems to suggest that on the bbpress/bb-admin/install.php page I put user name in twice (+ password) – but that doesn’t work
any ideas?
THANKS
Finally I married the two and now they are seamless…Please check it out.
I had t put some back link in some of my project.
But i could finish putting some back links on it “coz
i cant change the bb press.
In CSS I use /*………*/ for a few lines of code or ……..// for just a line so that code is skipped or avoided. Will this work in a .php file also? I would like to skip code to test it out without deleting the original code. Just want to mask the original code so I can go back to it if I make a mistake.
Thank you.
Does any one know of any useful plugins that I could use to enable the posters location (city and country) to be displayed on my forum. I would like the posters location (city and country) to be displayed whenever they post something on to my forum so that the readers can see what part of the world they are posting from. I think it helps with perspective. Thanks for your help.
Alright I have my site at pickledpc.com and the forums at pickledpc.com/forums/
I’m trying to apply my wordpress theme to the forums to make it all look the same. I haven’t the slightest idea of where to start. I have tinkered with the style.css but can’t get anywhere. Any pointers? A good place to start?
Thanks
I cant get it to work. What do I put for the settings?
I am interested to display my forum categories at the top of my forums rather than the latest discussions. Is this possible?
