I’ve just installed the bbPress plugin on WordPress 3.8_it_IT, but after i activated it
nothing changes in the menu (the forum item doesn’t appear) and I created the page Forum
as you indicated but it tells that there is no forum installed…
I tried to deactivate and activate again, and unistall and install but nothing…
Could you help me?

Hi guys. New at this. How do I make use of the lost password shortcode without creating a new page on the menu? I am using the express widget that allows users to register,log in and lost password. I have a page for register,so it redirect the user to that page to register. But I don’t want a page in my menu for lost password although I want to offer it to the user.

I am implementing a search feature on the single forum page which displays the topic list of the current forum. Looks like all I have to do is to add the parameter “ts=<search-term>” in the URL’s query string. This works well. But the problem is that when there are more than one page, the URL of page 2 (or next pages) will not contain the search term in the query string.
How to make the pagination work with the search result?

I am quite new to WordPress and definitely new to forums. I am trying to export a forum using SMF on one site and importing into bbPress on another site within WordPress. How do I go about doing this?

Nothing on site has been updated lately, no new plugins added. All replies in forum have disappeared. All topics remain working, and inside the forum the correct voices etc still show i.e. This topic contains 18 replies, has 7 voices.
Inside admin under Replies absolutely nothing shows in here either. It just seems like all replies have vanished. The only real sign of hope or saving them is that in the forums it’s still detecting them by saying the activity (which should be inside each topic).
What could have happened. Have tried deactivating plugin, nothing works. Page cache has been emptied also.
Am using the latest version 2.5.3
Any help much appreciated.
The line spacing is different for each one of the widgets and I was hoping someone could help me align them. I’d like them all to match the Recent Replies widget.

Please help me guys. What’s wrong with the installation? I am getting that error whenever I create a forum/topic on a group. Then, when the group is refresh/back the forum/topic title is already their. And I also get that error when I open/clicked the said topic.
