I’ve just tested it and it looks to work as expected 🙂
Just one point is not: when you have a relative link as an internal link the “nofollow” attribute is still here.
See for example https://rencontre-surdoue.com/groupes/science/forum/topic/intelligence-artificielle/
The link on “musique” in an internal one (/groupes/musique/)
I don’t know if this is something you forgot to deal with when writing your plugin? I guess every relative link should be treated as an internal one (or maybe I’m missing something obvious here?).
OK but the idea would be for my forum to have automatically all internal links on “dofollow” and all external links on “nofollow”?
Is it possislbe? How do you do that?
I want to do the same, did you manage to do it?
I’m considering to install bbPress 2.0 (revision 3380) and start brand new forums on my site THEN to import my former forum when bbPress 2.0 will be offically released (because I guess the importer will work OK at this moment) :
will it be possible to import some bbPress 1.0.3 content into an already existing bbPress 2.0 forum ?
Thanks a lot for your help,

OK thanks !
So I guess I’ve got to wait for these instructions to be done as I’m using Atahualpa Theme for WP…
I’ve just started to test bbpress plug-in on a brand new website :
I installed, activated and created a new forum and a new topic inside this forum.
My problem :
http://windows-mobile.fr/forum >>> 404
(it redirects to http://windows-mobile.fr because of the WP plugin ‘link juice keeper’)
When I check my dashboard I can see :
Forum : test
Topics : 0
I guess this is the problem. However I don’t understand it because when I look at the topic page it’s correctly linked with its parent forum. Am I just a stupid froggy or what ?
I’m using WP 3.0.1
My theme : Atahualpa Theme by BytesForAll
Any other info needed ?
Thanks for helping !
Best regards to all of you people,
I just checked and… this is exactly the one I’m already using (Google Sitemaps Version 0.1 | by Olaf Lederer)
bbPress Sitemap Generator (0.6.1) Author: Rich Boakes & Frédéric Petit is no good ?
Any idea ?
Shall I try to install bbPress Sitemap Generator (0.6.1) Author: Rich Boakes & Frédéric Petit ?
Or this one ? :
Is there another sitemap plugin for bbpress 1.0.2 ?
My sitemap.xml url :
urls are not correct but that’s very strange…
For my example, url in the sitemap is :
In fact all urls in the sitemap look like this :
I really don’t get it !
Shall I change sitemap plugin ?
Thanks a lot for your help :-]
I have a Google webmaster account and submitted the sitemap
I just posted a new message on my forum and checked up on Google the way it was indexed. Sadly it’s not the way I expected.
My search was :
On Google :
URL of the post on my forum (better permalink) :
What could I do to make Google index the right url (…/forum/disque/…) ?
I’m using :
Google Sitemaps Version 0.1 | Par Olaf Lederer
Nicer Permalinks Version 5.0.4 | Par mr_pelle
It’s working perfectly now.
Thanks a lot mr_pelle !! :-]
I’m using Nicer Permalinks 3.3.3 avec want to upgrade to 5.0.4 (for sitemap and other minor bugs) but it doesn’t work. I followed the installation instructions though… So I installed back 3.3.3 and it’s working perfectly again.
Can someone help me ?
I just found a temporary solution here :
“Severity is low because it doesn’t create problem with normal users. ” :
Hi ! This is my firt post here. I’m french but I hope my english is not too bad
I DON’T use WP integration with my bbpress installation (even if my blog http://www.oreille-malade.com runs on WP).
My forum is here :
The problem is precisely I can’t access admin dashboard for a few days. I didn’t know upgrading WP to 3.0 could create a problem on my bbpress installation ?? (is it possible, really ??)
I’m quite annoyed with this problem. Any idea, someone ?
Thanks a lot !
Best Regards and thanks a lot for all the good work !
