    Whaha i had some nice skins, 4 years ago, never took the time to cancel the .com

    That plugin of mine is still so buggy (and not working) it proberbly caused the 2 launches of topicmeta. To be honest, if I told you what I wanted to create, you’d fix it in 1 day i guess. I still need to reverse engineer it, learn how stuff works and puzzle it togther. Working on it for 2 weeks now, no working results yet :(:(:(

    But I’ll get it right…. ever……

    No wait I think what is wrong here.

    I am also testing a highly alpha new cool plugin here, that why I have edited post.php. I think it’s in conflict with your hook. Brb uploading original post.php

    Edit:

    Lol that fixed it…. darn that fixed all bugs I’ve had version 0.24 is fine

    Now how to prevent this in the future when I am going to release my plugin hmmmmmmm

    ps. You see the bbmenu tabs? i dont see them :S

    In reply to: plugin: bb-Polls

    No, I have a special test site for this stuff: http://www.sourceskins.com/bbpress go take a look if you have it there too…

    I also run the latest stable release, no trunk versions

    Hmm You took away the brake between the option for single or multy votes? Shame :( Ow and yes that caching in Opera is true, I always solve it to give it an unique time thingy to force Opera to reload instead of using cache.

    Also I get this bug in Opera now:

    You haven’t selected anything!

    Well I DID select something :) Can’t vote at all now, keeps saying that message!

    Also the other issue with the standard template isn’t solved yet!

    In reply to: plugin: bb-Polls

    Hmm if I press Vote, nothing happens… If I refresh the page, the bar appears.

    New tip:

    If 0 votes still keep a bit of barcolor visible like:

    [=========] 3 votes

    [===] 2 votes

    [] 0 votes

    http://www.sourceskins.com/pollbug2.gif

    Also plz remove the capitals:

    VOTE NOW -> Vote

    SAVE POLL -> Save Poll

    No need to shout :D

    I also miss a Cancel button when creating a poll

    Some strange things happening here (Opera 9):

    http://www.sourceskins.com/pollbug.gif

    Same with the: Do you want to make a poll question

    Using version 0.20

    Any 1 can give me a wroking excample to activate a function on plugin activation and 1 on plugin deactivation?

    I want to create a table on plugin activation. There is a hook, but don’t know how to use it :(

    In reply to: plugin: bb-Polls

    I know it uses CSS, I also know users are lazy and don’t wanna edit the plugin file in oder to change some bar color.

    Using the admin page is way more easy for them to change this and easy to add in.

    Just a suggestion :D

    In reply to: plugin: bb-Polls

    Admin page suggestion:

    Being able to change the colors of the bars…

    And makes it much lighter/faster. I am game :)

    Some AJAX could be:

    When clicking vote, see the results (without page refresh)

    When clicking see results (and not vote) and see the results

    When seeing the results, but being bulid up and the bars move to their final width

    Like:

    Start

    =

    =

    =

    Fase 2

    ==

    ===

    =

    Fase 3

    ====

    =========

    ==

    Final fase, final status

    ======

    ============

    ===

    But I wouldn’t recomment this, cause it gets irritating after the WOW factor is gone

    In reply to: No ajax on replies

    Well made a ticked of this :)

    https://trac.bbpress.org/ticket/718

    In reply to: No ajax on replies

    Got proof it had ajax posting….

    From the automattic site:

    All the features you need—like tags, AJAX posting, categorization, modular user system—and nothing you don’t.

    We want it back :D

    In reply to: Plugin: bbMenu 1.1

    Okay, it loads now without any errors, though it doesn’t show any menu tabs. The db table IS filled, but it wont show anything…

    In reply to: Plugin: bbMenu 1.1

    I’ll try that thanks

    Hmmm got this error:

    Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/sites/site116/web/bbpress/my-plugins/bbmenu.php on line 390

    the foreach:

    foreach( $r1 as $rw ) {

    Null

    In reply to: plugin: bb-Polls

    Hmm kee, though I should release this plugin (when done) based on the default template (most are using that) :)

    In reply to: plugin: bb-Polls

    ow make the text black (forum black) and not green, cause the hyperlink color is green already…

    I also would put the options underneeth each other (the options to choose for single or multy voting)

    (sorry I am an usability nerd :))

    Looks great further, keep up the good work

    In reply to: plugin: bb-Polls

    A nice, I will give this a go in the weekend!

    In reply to: plugin: bb-Polls

    Some questions:

    Vote, more then 1 option possible option? (max setting like classic (just 1 option possible) 2 options, 3 etc :)

    If a topic is deleted, does it clean-up the poll as well? (since a real deletion isn’t happening in bbPress, this wouldn’t be a problem for now)

    What happends if a poll is deleted? (but topic still excists)

    Who can vote? All? Members?

    If a topic is closed, automaticly close voting aswell?

    Results are in horizontal bars? Perhaps option to show them like a pie (or even vertical bars) :D Even better if a user can choose this when seeing the results:

    Option result 1: ===============

    Option result 2: =====

    Option result 3: =========

    Show as bars | Show as pie

    Would like to see a demo, cause can’t test this at work :(

    Greetz
