Sorry, it doesn’t work again.
This time I even changed the theme to default 21. It didn’t help too (.Further study of the code showed that works for all addresses where /users/.
It closes the profile / forums / users / name /
And doesn’t work for / forums / users / name / replies /Thanks for your help, take the time – I really appreciate it! But … again nothing happens.
Have a clean new bbpress, latest version of WordPress, own Ngnix, cleared the cache, checked for syntax errors.
Little confused https://stackoverflow.com/questions/23614011/if-strpos-serverrequest-uri-true-doesnt-work/23614083 and whether the equation is correct. I can’t figure it out myself.I think we need to work on the content-single-reply.php file :))
Fully updated bbpress (removed homemade files) add advice change fils to child theme, – but nothing has changed again, user’ replies can be seen everyone.
Everything has been done exactly. The new files in the child theme have been assigned permissions 775. The cache has been cleared. But nothing has changed … I’m trying to understand.
Perhaps my initiative in the past editing in changing files is the reason …
Alternatively, redirect to 404 directory / forums / users / * name * / replies /.
But how to do it – * name * is always differentThank you very much Robin!
Already night for us, but I’ll be back tomorrow to say how it works.Nearly. The author himself can still edit own profile.
But look lists of topics and answers is superfluous.Nobody saw, not even the author himself.
I removed the themes and profiles, but replies cannot find the generation source ((In reply to: Moving a Topic to a different ForumOK. These are the tools for the long Christmas holidays
Merry Christmas, by the way! 🙂
In reply to: Moving a Topic to a different ForumThank you, I must try.
First, I’ll do it in the sandbox, then I’ll make a backup and try it on the main project. There is always a fear that the server will not swallow and give an error)
In reply to: Media libraries wp&bb integration into one folderThanks for the link! I will study.
True, it is not for viewing on the front-end, but for admin moderating in the back-end only.I would like to see the media library as a 3 folder explorer. need to invent)
In reply to: Moving a Topic to a different ForumYes, all topics from one subforum. Transfer to another subforum.
Inside one site, inside one bpp.The reason is to merge 2 sub-forums into one common one.
It’s easy to joint manually, there is a button near “edit topic”, but 400 times …In reply to: BBp style packIn fact, no sense to select specially themes for bbpress. The style pack does everything great in any environment if you are newbies do not know css even.
But pay attention for Gutenberg theme. Fully editable site – the future of WordPress, not ready-made paid themes.
In reply to: Moving a Topic to a different ForumCan I supplement the question 🙂
I want to move 400 topics to another forum. I do it manually for a long time.Is there any lifehack for this case?
In reply to: bbpress and cacheI used for bbpress wp fastest with a cheetah for a long time .. until I found out that the mobile version went into the premium segment)
Spent a week experimenting and found an even more faster solution.
1. Nginx cache – compression, reddis, headers.
2. PhastPress – enable all parameters – then disable unnecessary ones. These are pictures, scripts, queues optimizations.
3. And finally WP Super Cache – this is the cache stuff, but unlike w3 total – the cache in dynamic, which is what for the forum. Good results – Expert mode enabled.
Hope this helps you a little. In reply to: Private MessagingI’m use Front End PM 3 years – work like charm.
It scales well to WooComsIn reply to: Simplest possible user to user PM pluginIf you want a link for private message box, U must to make 2 types of menus – for the logged in and for anonymous. Use “create a new menu”.
Place links to various services for logged in users, including the PM, in the logged in menu
In reply to: Voting on user-submitted postsOu, very good! 🙂
In reply to: Voting on user-submitted postsThanks for the great job! Does this additive some performance impact, how you think? 🙂
In reply to: Bbpress – caching mobile pages pluginStill looking for a caching plugin for bbpress….
I’m check the cache on the server – my Super Cash prepares pages for all WordPress perfectly , but not the forum pages.Forums contain non-persistent content, with dynamically changeable php blocks and the like. I think, we need the type of caching Legacy or PHP and enabling “Dynamic caching” in the settings? So better for object caching choose – W3 Total Cache?
Please, take the good example of choosing a cache plugin for bbpress
In reply to: Strange problem with pagingHave you updated to 6.7.1? The css was completely updated. Pay attention to the cache.
Also may be problems with the added own css. I read such dialogues on the WP support forumsIn reply to: How to hide forum topic?write the css selector
#bbpress-forums ???? h2
more precisely – there will be a differenceIn reply to: bbPress not installing WP menu or settings optionsin the menu (after installing bbpress) Nothing will appear – you must create and customize the menu yourself.
Or use bbpress shortcodes for home page.In reply to: Gravatars stopped displayingIt s forumpress theme (without bb)
