One admin dashboard, it’s as simple as a plugin etc , etc.
There are lots of good little reasons for this plugin. Not everybody wants the complexity of a wordpress blog for their main site entrance. And in my case I already have another wordpress blog integrated into my forums. In the case of those who just want a forum site, this plugin will make things more ‘inviting’ to the casual visitor.
I have a problem with this displaying the incorrect date. Do I need to set anything to get the correct date?
Thanks for your help.
I get “THU JAN 1970” now. (I’d prefer the exact date)

So I paste that in post.php?
around this stuff?
<?php printf( __(‘Posted %s ago’), bb_get_post_time() ); ?>
PHP version 5.1.6
MySQL version 4.1.21-standard
No other problems with plugins.
I get these errors:
Warning: mysql_query() [function.mysql-query]: Access denied for user ‘nobody’@’localhost’ (using password: NO) in /xxxx/xxxx/xxxx/xxxx/bb/my-plugins/bbmenu.php on line 376
Warning: mysql_query() [function.mysql-query]: A link to the server could not be established in /xxxx/xxxx/xxxx/xxxx/bb/my-plugins/bbmenu.php on line 376
Warning: mysql_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /xxxx/xxxx/xxxx/xxxx/bb/my-plugins/bbmenu.php on line 377
I think it only makes a private forum for all members, not specific members?
Could a private forum viewable only by specific forum members be created with this?
yep, I have both plugins installed and activated.
on a different computer with a different login, I log into WP but when I got to BB I am not logged in.
so when you are logged in on BBPress you are automatically logged in on the WP – and vice versa?
Still not working for me.
In one of my many reinstallations I forgot to put the wordpress integration file back in my-plugins.
Still no go however.
I do have the bbpress plugin activated in my wordpress already.
Also, yes, integrated from start.
Clearing the cookies worked wonders all round.
However, if I log out of the WP should I also be getting logged out of BB? (and vice versa) – I am not currently.
//try to sync cookies
$bb->cookiedomain = ‘.mpm.org.au’;
$bb->cookiepath = ‘/’;
to bbPress config.php (in root)
to wp-config.php (in /300/)
but now I can’t log out of bbpress?
thanks guys – I don’t have to reinstall either bbpress or wordpress?In reply to: Full Content of Most Recent Post on Front-Page?
Can some kind soul walk me through how to acheive this?
I downloaded Tortoise SVN and it seems to have done the job. Thanks Sam.In reply to: What’s integration?
