I added the bb-attachment plugin and it works fine, but is there a way to increase the file upload size above 500 kb I tried to edit the php file by changing the values but no luck,

$bb_attachments=100*1024;

$bb_attachments =150*1024;

$bb_attachments=150*1024;

$bb_attachments=200*1024;

$bb_attachments=500*1024;

I really liked the new Vanilla 2 theme, but after 4 hours or trying to get it to install with NGINX, I moved onto bbpress.

I like the simplicity of bbpress, but was hoping for a snazzier theme. So I ported over the Vanilla 2 theme to bbpress.

I think it’s a nice example of where bbpress can go if it maybe sheds some of the legacy tabular layout.

Hey all, I am trying to install some themes for my bbpress/wordpress site and when I go and install the theme files to my-themes all I get in the “available themes” page are blank themes with just the names showing, and if I try and activate it, the site is just blank. I have attached a shot, or a link to a screen shot of what I am seeing. Any help would be greatly appreciated! And by the way, thanks for all the help all ready, this site has helped me get my bbpres site running on the same DB as my wordpress!

I need to know what the different types of users : Key-Master, Administrator, Member etc can do on the bbpress forums and topics. I searched for about an hour and can’t find a suitable answer. Any post or link will help.

How do I move the forum “main theme” to the top, and “Latest discussion topic” to the bottom? thank u.

I’ve installed bbP and integrated it successfuly with WP. Now, when i try to go to the forum (bbP) a messagge cames out and asks me if i want to “upgrade”. Obviously i dont want it (i’ve just installed bbP).

I’ve cancellated the install.php file and now i just get a 404 error (File Not Found)…

What should i do?

Does anybody know if there is a bbPress theme, based on the “BuddyPress Default” theme? It should look as closely as possible as the theme “BuddyPress Default 1.2.1”.

Is there a way to to shift bbpress to sessions (temporary cookies) instead of true cookies?

I need the forum to allow people to login on public computers where there are restrictions on cookies and I’ve been told that moving over to sessions will allow this.
