Hi!

I was just wondering if there was any way to edit old forum posts. I recently deleted my Photobucket account so all the photos that I had linked in my forum thread have been broken. I would like to edit the posts to include updated photo links. If editing old posts is not possible, would there be a way to delete the entire thread and create a new one with the updated photo links?

The forum I have in question is called The Daily Kitten, but it is powered by bbPress, so I figured I’d be able to get some input here as well. I was also not able to find an administrator of The Daily Kitten forum.

I’m using BP 1.61 and BB 2.12 , I disabled BP group fourm and use BB for group forum instead. Things are not smooth, such as one click got 2 topic published. But that problem disappeared by itself. Now I have the bbp-admin-links not working at all. When I click the links, it goes no where. Hope to get some help here.

Hi all.

On my site, if posts are created, they do not appear in the forum, it continues to say there are no posts. They also don’t appear in admin.

I’m using BBPress with BuddyPress, if that helps.

I’d like to display all recent topics on the front-page of buddypress wideforums, like here on bbpress.org and buddypress.org/support, instead of default forums tree. Is there a setting to do this?

bbPress 2.1 is supposed to, from what I’ve understood, add support for a WYSIWYG editor. T
hat is not the case for me. I’m just getting the same old text box with no buttons.
Is there something I can do to fix this? I’m not really sure where to start troubleshooting.

I just installed bbpress and want to make the easiest forums ever. It should be just one page with a list of threads. Like this one (which I read is made with bbpress): Dropbox forums

How do I do that? Im a rookie so I need some pretty serious advice here. Thank you! <3

Hi, totally now to this and having trouble, I need to change the colour of the forum on my site to black background with white text. I can change the text using suffusion options but this changes all text on the site. For some reason I really can not change the forum background colour. I used https://bbpress.org/forums/topic/change-forum-color/#post-100130 to help me with editing the .css file but nothing seems to have changed!

My problem is that I can not find the plugin I need and after a month of installing/learning plugins and believing to developers I found my self in a start position again.
I’m a talent agent and i have many talents a day wanting to join my company.I’d like the registration process to be:
-registration. User name Ronald, occupation actor, country Zanzibar…
-after registration Ronald will be redirected to his own page, called Ronald.The page is created by the system, not by the admin.There the user will be able to fill up a table with his professional experience.As – film, role, director, producer.Also to upload his headshot and demoreel.

I am using WP 3.4.2 & bbPress 2.1.2 at http://oldfiredog.com/

I am new to WP & bbPress but am learning. I have created the above site and have created some forums but can not seem to get to them while on my site. In edit mode I can choose view though and see the forum on my site. I do have the theme desk mess mirrored in use 2.0.4 I just need to know how to access my forums on my site as I have been able to create them and view them in in dashboard > edit mode > view mode but not on my site. I have changed themes to twenty ten but it does not seem to make a difference.
