Visual won’t show

Hi,

Anyone knows why there’s only “text” that shows and not “visual” when a member wants to publish a post?

Everyone isn’t comfortable with HTML.

bbp style pack

once activated go to

dashboard>settings>bbp style pack>Topic/Reply form item 9
