In reply to: IE 6 breaking tables.
Yes, that seems to have worked.
In reply to: Error when deleting entire topic…Well, everything installed smoothly, so I don’t know what more to say…
In reply to: Error when deleting entire topic…Still throwing the same error message…
In reply to: IE 6 breaking tables. Thanks, buddy. Please post a message here, and I’ll download it immediately.
In reply to: Error when deleting entire topic…I have no idea what you’re talking about…
In reply to: IE 6 breaking tables.Well, it needs to look like it does in IE. If I remove the CSS fix a few posts above, Firefox’s CSS returns to its correct state (which is the same as the IE state). But as soon as the CSS fix is applied, Firefox goes funny.
In reply to: IE 6 breaking tables. In reply to: Error when deleting entire topic…Has someone had a chance to look at this?…
In reply to: New post creates closed topic.OKay, it seems to be a conflict with the Private Forums plugin…
I’ve cleared the cache and nothing changed.
Here are screenshots of what I’m talking about.
The correct one (when I’m logged out):

The incorrect way (when I’m logged in):

In reply to: IE 6 breaking tables. It’s incredible…
I cleared the cache, and nothing changed.
I downloaded the theme again, and replaced the styelsheet. The tables broke again, so I applied the above fix, and the tables were fixed.
Then, after applying the above fix, the white background (which is supposed to extend all the way to the bottom of the site, meeting up with the footer info) suddenly vanished.
When I removed the above fix, the white background returned, but the tables in IE broke again.
I’m still at the drawing board…
I’ve overwritten all my current files on the server, with the ones in that trunk code, and still nothing is fixed. My forum is here. Please have a look and tell me what is going on…
Well, I only installed the BBPress about 2 days ago…
Is there anything I can do to rectify this? I don’t understand what “trunk” means.
In reply to: New post creates closed topic.I’ve just created a new dummy member, and tested this, and the above happens.
1. When clicking “add new” from the index page, creates a new post page.
2. It doesn’t allow a choice for which forum it should go into.
3. After submitting, it says that the topic has been closed.
However, creating a thread from within a forum topic doesn’t do the above.
How can I fix this?
In reply to: Deleted posts returning…This is still happening. Is anyone else having the same problem?
In reply to: More deleting problems.I see that I can select the “recount” option. This seems to rectify things, but it seems to be a manual process. Is this correct?
In reply to: IE 6 breaking tables.Tried it. No difference.
In reply to: IE 6 breaking tables.Done it. It makes no difference…
In reply to: Cannot Delete ForumsSo it worked, except that, even though I told it to move the threads into another forum, it still deleted the threads…
In reply to: IE 6 breaking tables.Compare the forum in FF and IE. In IE, the white background extends to the bottom of the content area. Correct. In FF, the white background stops under “Hot Tags” and “Discussions”, revealing the tiled background instead. This is wrong.
In reply to: IE 6 breaking tables.Okay, it works in IE. But it removes the white CSS background in Firefox. Weird. Any idea why? And how to fix it?
In reply to: IE: error on page.*wrong thread*
Is this the same problem that I’m experiencing? I’m not a techie, so I don’t really understand what’s being said here. In short, when logged in, my topic threads’ CSS gets broken a bit. When I’m not logged in, it works fine.
Is this the same problem?
In reply to: IE 6 breaking tables.Oops. Can someone neaten up my URL link in the first post. I’d prefer it not being so public like that…
