Hi,
after importing an old vanilla forum with the bbpress tool, When I apply some repair jobs, (1 at time) as:

Recalculate last activity in each topic and forum

Recalculate the position of each reply

Count replies in each forum

the replies are deleted from the forum. This happens only in the remote site, in the local site it works fine. Any idea?

My guess is the server cannot handle it, so it stops the relationship rebuild after it reset everything.

I have a huge forum and lost pagination of linked replies upon changing the permalinks. Tools could fix it, but half a million replies is too much for the server to rebuild them. If I have a capable server, I suspect running repairs would fix this issue and I suspect the same is true for you.
