Hi,

Heres the second plugin from me today (hehe) and I have it hosted at a more temporary place – maybe mods can make a plugin uploader or something(?).

The instructions are in the file, but I’d like some ideas on how to do things differently.

So this plugin allows admins and mods to place a warning on a user to let them know that they did something wrong? Is that about right?
