Found plugins that adds New tag to topic title with fresh posts inside. What i want to do is get it to display New tag also on Forum Title in which Topic with New tag resides.

Ok yet again found solution on my own.

Existing script was almost valid, problem was that author had hard coded table prefixes which I changed to use prefixes from WP configuration, now it works like I wanted.
