I do not have anon posting enabled but unregistered anon spammers are still commenting on forum topics. Any way to stop them?

There is more I would have to write like identifying spam for moderation.

And also knowing the difference between human spam vs robot spam and what suggestions I listed in the guide would help fight each one.

Just as a follow up- I disabled commenting on activity stream and activated Akismet and that seems to have stopped it.
