Double “Forum” in the Links/breadcrumb? How to fix (way of 2016)

Hi!

After a google search, it looks like, there is no way to edit the links/breadcrumbs, if you have a bbpress-forum in WP installed: Always there is a “forum/forum” in the breadcrumb/link.

HOW I CAN DELETE (Actualy) “ONE FORUM” ?

Edit: I like this theme…Dont want to change.

Which one there are three different types of themes from themeforest with this name.
