I’ve create a few forums on the back-end but only my first forum created displays on the page. What additional information would you need to potential identify the issue?

Robkk, thanks for the quick response.

I followed the link you provided and it seems that its caused by the theme. Im currently using the WPLMS theme. When I activated the Twenty-fifteen theme the 3 other forums displayed on the page.

You would need to contact the theme author since your theme is a paid theme.
