There is some conflict with the jetpack plugin.

Because when this plugin is disabled, the menus are showing up but when I enable the jetpack plugin, the menus are gone.

The board is working when the jetpack plugin is enabled.

Can you confirm that

Default theme – eg twentyten
bbpress
Jetpack

and NOTHING ELSE installed causes the issue?

im using jetpack on my site with bbPress and i dont see a problem.

it could be something else conflicting with both.
